    Owner stood usmup

The owner or manager was not there when we tried to check in after a long hot day of bussing to the guesthouse. When our lovely taxi driver called, we found out the owner was in Agadir. When I said to the owner, That's a problem, he said rudely, I don't have a problem, you have a problem. Mistakes happen but that rudeness was completely indefensible.
