Местоположение и завтраки, отзывчивость и доброжелательность Chaima.
Дом печальный. Было грязно, холодно и воняло кошачьими отходами жизнедеятельности. После первой бессонной ночи объяснили свое желание отменить вторую ночь и запросили возврат средств в связи с некачественным оказанием услуг, сильно отличающихся от заявленных. Но в возврате за вторую ночь нам отказали, пришлось просто за свой счёт переселиться в другой отель. WiFi отсутствует, что просто дико в 2026 году в доме, который сдают посуточно туристам.

My family had a great stay
We had a lovely stay at Dar Houria Medina Riad. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for my family’s needs. The lady who served us breakfast everyday on the rooftop terrace was kind and friendly. We had a lovely stay at the Riad and in Essasouria.

The breakfast is delicious and the location is great. The house is SO much more beautiful than the pictures show - it is huge and very light and well-decorated with a gorgeous roof terrace and really big double bed.
The communication around finding it was tricky and it would have been useful to have been sent a map of how to find the location.

Great location, service and value for money
The location is great. The service and breakfast provided by Saida was fantastic. The house was traditional yet comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

Great authentic experience worth the money
Great location. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast! Very helpful getting in and out of the Medina!
