  Disappointing stay overall — the villa has potential, but poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness and privacy, and an unre

  The villa is spacious and looks reasonably nice at first glance, and the maid herself was a very kind and pleasant person. We had absolutely no issue with her personally. The property has a lot of potential and could be a great villa if it were properly maintained and managed.

  I struggle to give this more than 2/5. One of our biggest issues was only finding out after arrival that a female maid actually lives in one of the downstairs rooms. Our group was entirely male and we booked what we understood to be a private villa, so unexpectedly having to share the property with someone affected our privacy and made us uncomfortable. This absolutely should have been disclosed before booking. Her services also cost an additional £25 per day. The Wi-Fi only works properly in the living room and doesn’t reach the upstairs or downstairs bedrooms. The largest upstairs bedroom had no TV remote or door lock, while another bedroom had no internal door handle. Several bedroom and bathroom doors barely close. The air conditioning mostly blows warm air, and we experienced frequent power cuts at night. The downstairs TV randomly turns itself on/off, mutes itself and logs out of streaming services—even after removing the remote batteries—and I have video evidence. The washing machine was broken, most of the living-room curtains were missing, and there was no bidet hose or similar washing facility in the toilet. Although the villa appears clean initially, closer inspection revealed black marks on walls, dirty corners and drains, and even a used razor left in a bath. The downstairs sofas are extremely uncomfortable and sink badly in the middle. The host was also extremely difficult to reach. For the amount paid, there were simply too many issues with maintenance, cleanliness, privacy and management. This was not the private, comfortable villa experience we expected from the listing.

  Un séjour parfait dans cette villa paradisiaque !

  La villa est aussi belle que sur les photos, chaque recoin est instagrammable. On a profité des divers salons, dont celui sur le rooftop qui est splendide. Les chambres sont magnifiques, des dressings, salle de bain, clim et télé dans chacune d’elles (bien qu’on en ait pas eu besoin vu la taille de la télé dans le salon principal). Le personnel sur place permet de ne se soucier de rien, je recommande vivement de prendre des repas préparés par la cheffe qui sont excellents, mention spéciale au tajine avec les pruneaux, qui a été le meilleur repas de notre séjour. L’extérieur a été notre endroit préféré, avec l’immense piscine très bien entretenue tous les jours, le jardin où on a pu faire du yoga, foot… Merci encore pour l’accueil dans cette villa paradisiaque qui nous a permis de fêter la fin de nos études en beauté. On s’en souviendra toute notre vie !

  Il n’y a rien à redire pour cette villa qui est parfaite, à part le fait qu’il n’y a ni gel douche ni shampooing dans les salles de bain. Le seul conseil que je pourrais donner est de faire appel à une société de transport privé, qui pourra faire les aller-retours entre la villa et le centre facilement car la villa n’est pas dans le centre de Marrakech (mais pour avoir une villa pareil c’est normal !).

  The entire house was just magnificent, was there with friends for my bday the host and the cooks were absolut gems, so nice and accomodating. Would highly highly recommend!!
