Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno presso Dar Les Sirenes di Essaouira non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e manutenzione. Anche la colazione è stata una nota negativa: molto misera e decisamente poco varia. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato alcune carenze per quanto riguarda la biancheria: mancavano le lenzuola per il piumoncino e, cosa ancora più spiacevole, il piumoncino che abbiamo trovato era macchiato. Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza, è stata piuttosto limitata al minimo indispensabile, senza particolari attenzioni o quella cura che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva. Un’ultima nota riguarda il pagamento: consigliamo di regolare il soggiorno in anticipo, possibilmente con un metodo di pagamento che eviti equivoci, per non incorrere in spiacevoli inconvenienti legati al cambio valuta. Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo e le aspettative legate alla struttura, ci aspettavamo sicuramente maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla cura degli ambienti e all’ospitalità. Un soggiorno che, purtroppo, non ci sentiamo di consigliare.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, as was the lovely welcome! Amina was very kind, too! We really appreciated all all the help in getting to the property, and recommendations for massages and food... thank you so much for a lovely experience at your lovely property - we will be back! :)
