    Lovely way to see Bourton for the first time.

    It was perfect for 8 of us. Well equipped kitchen and close to where the restaurants/bars are.

    They left us a welcome basket with lots of regional goodies, which was a lovely way to start! The showerwater was very warm even after all of us had showered, and they left cotton wads and makeup wipes which was a nice detail. The table was set when we arrived, another plus.

    There were a couple of mishaps with the coffee machine, a doorknob, and the oven, but Phil came and sorted everything out.

    We had a very enjoyable stay but were disappointed with the facilities overall, expected better for the price.

    The location was perfect. Beautiful cottage with a lovely front garden.

    The main bathroom shower was not suitable due to the sloping ceiling so we all had to use the ensuite shower which went hot and cold- not ideal for 6 adults and 2 small children. Very uncomfortable sofas!!
