  Charming cottage

  Very charming cottage, comfy beds. Playground for kids nearby, horses nearby. Beautiful coastline and hiking areas in a few minutes drive. Easy communication with owner.

  Couch was quite old and dusty. Be aware of (deer) ticks.

  Unique place in the woods at the end of a gravel track. Due to a little confusion, we ended up taking a different cabin than we had booked, but the host was very accommodating about this. Everything worked just fine, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom spacious, living space good, and the upstairs bedrooms also big with good storage space, and comfy beds. The outside areas were also great - oversized decks :) - and the barbecue was also high-standard. It had run out of gas but it took 10 mins for them to come with a replacement. Kitchen roll, toilet roll, coffee filters, washing up liquid - all were provided, which was a nice surpise. Linen was clean and fresh. Lovely walks in the forest directly from the door - the dogs loved it! Very private and quiet.

  We missed a drying rack and a few hooks inside to hang coats etc. Especially useful if it rains :) There were quite a few cobwebs, but otherwise everything was really clean. The outside chairs could use a wash. You can't park close to the door of the cabins, so be prepared to make a few trips carrying bags in, if you're staying a while :)

  Het is echt een sweet escape, cabin in the woods ervaring. Helemaal weg!

  Netjes, heel schoon. Erg ruim en volledig ingericht.

  We moesten wennen aan dat het zo stil was, wat ook weer een pluspunt is :) Het ligt erg afgelegen.
