  Great location, but not up to standard of what was advertised on Booking.com

  The location was great and in central Darwin and the surrounding were quiet.

  Parts of the property needed updating, the 2 safes in the property were not working. The fridge did not hold temperature. The dehumidifier’s filter had not been cleaned in a very long time. The adjacent pool area was incredibly windy making sitting by the pool uncomfortable.

  Very short - we left

  The unit was smelled musty and mouldy. We requested a change to a different unit There wasn’t another available so we returned the swipe card to lock box and booked a different hotel Still waiting for an acknowledgment that there was an issue and for a refund

  Nice apartment

  Views of the sea in both directions, watching the sunset, spacious living area and bathroom, comfortable chairs on the balcony. Short walk to both major supermarkets for cooking supplies, plenty of cafes close by. Great to catch up on my workout in the gym. I didn't swim but the pool looked great.

  The filtering machine in the bathroom was a bit noisy but the entire apartment is well insulated so it can't be heard in the living/sleeping room. Poor ventilation in the hallway between the lift area and apartment door.

  Location OK

  Overall very disappointing given the poor condition of almost everything in the apartment. Holes on the curtains, dirty windows, a tired and neglected overall look. Dirty and smelly hallway , poor overall presentation of both the property and the apartment. Never again
