  We stayed for one night and had a truly wonderful experience! ❤️ Although the guesthouse is just outside the town centre, it’s only a 5-minute ride from the bus station and conveniently located for everything else. It’s nestled in the middle of a local village, just steps away from the morning local market and the old pagoda, which makes the stay feel even more authentic and special. The guesthouse itself is lovely! The rooms are spacious enough, with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, fresh towels and even a little bar of soap. The restaurant is also excellent. We tried their homemade yoghurt with granola, eggs with baguette, and Beef Lok Lak, and everything was absolutely delicious! They also offer convenient services that made our stay even easier: we rented a scooter directly from the guesthouse and arranged our laundry through them. What we especially appreciated is that Dary doesn’t do the laundry herself or keep the business for herself; instead, she brings the clothes to people in the village, allowing them to earn money from the service. It’s a small but beautiful example of how she genuinely wants to support the local community and help other people benefit from her business. And that really says a lot about Dary. Born and raised in this very village, she later built this lovely guesthouse and, together with her family, uses her business to support less fortunate people in the community, including friends and family members she grew up with. Knowing that your stay contributes, even in a small way, to supporting local people makes the experience even more meaningful. We felt genuinely welcomed and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kratie.   Bijzonder en fijne ervaring.

  Een ontzettend leuk en bijzonder Guesthouse. Het Guesthouse staat in een klein dorpje dicht bij kratie.dus je hebt het gevoel dat je tussen de locals begeeft. Het guesthouse is super schoon mooi en comfortabel. En Dary,s is super behulpzaam, vriendelijk en heeft een hart van goud. Ze wil iedereen helpen.
