What can I say—it was a big misunderstanding: we were looking for an apartment for three adults (including a young person and an older couple). But we ended up in a sort of “center” for young people, specializing in events (particularly weddings and other events for young people), but which obviously “fills up” its “rooms” when there are no events scheduled. So, around 5 p.m., we found ourselves in a tiny “place” where the bedroom (for the older couple) was a sort of windowless alcove separated from the “room” only by a curtain. The main “room” was small and served as the kitchen, living room, and a “nook” for the third person to sleep in. Not to mention that it hadn’t been cleaned—the apartment was in an extremely dirty and disgusting state. In short, we decided not to stay there; we booked a decent hotel in Klagenfurt and left as quickly as possible. To be precise: we didn’t ask for a refund of the 216 euros charged for ONE night (79 euros of which were earmarked for cleaning this “Ferienwohnung,” as grandly advertised—a service we never received!). In conclusion: the worst experience we had during our trip to Austria.

Super, aber sehr aggressive Wespen
Das Apartment war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Leider war der See absolut nicht nutzbar. Nach nur 1min sind wir regelrecht überfallen worden von Wespen.. Das Pärchen nach uns hatte dasselbe Problem. Kurz auf die Liege und die Insekten fingen an zu beißen. Sehr schade, da wir den See auch gerne genutzt hätten.
