Fine for a night's sleep, listing details not accurate
The place was fine. We just needed a bed to sleep in for the night, and the full size fridge and kitchenette with microwave means we could make our food.
The listing advertises private parking. This is false, the only parking is street parking. Most of the time this is paid and we struggled to find a place. We specifically chose this place because parking was advertised. Also if you meet Bob, say hi; that's the name I gave to the cockroach in the bathroom

Gute Lage, aber feucht und dreckig
Der Besitzer war wirklich sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben der U1 und der Straßenbahn. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte (wie Edeka oder Netto) waren direkt in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer war sehr feucht, was sich teilweise auch auf Klamotten übertragen hat. Folglich hatten wir beim Tragen für einige Zeit ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Auch der Boden war ein wenig klebrig. Anfangs dachten wir, dies wäre durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit, doch es schien, dass der Boden vor unserer Ankunft womöglich gar nicht gereinigt wurde: die Sohle unserer mitgebrachten Hausschuhe (vorher sauber) waren komplett dreckig. Am letzten Abend haben wir im Badezimmer eine Kakerlake aufgefunden. Der Preis der Unterkunft ist für den Zustand, den wir vorgefunden haben, nicht gerechtfertigt.

L'accueil, la facilité d'accès aux transports en commun, la proximité des services et des parcs. Merci d'avoir accepté notre chienne. La literie est confortable.
Manque de vaisselle et un effort sur le ménage.
