    Kein Zimmer frei trotz Buchungsbestätigung.

    Es wurde trotz Bestätigung von Booking bei meiner Ankunft erklärt es gäbe keine freien Zimmer. Der Herr an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich und meinte das bezahlte Geld würde automatisch zurückkommen. Leider ist der Service von Booking nicht auf meine Nachricht eingegangen. Ich hatte dann in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet. Das Geld wurde abgebucht, aber es war vom Hotel und von Booking ein schlechter Witz.
