Group Bookings (more than 2 apartments): Reservations for more than 2 apartments during the same or overlapping travel period are considered group bookings (even if multiple individual bookings are made). Group bookings must be actively confirmed by us in writing; only then are they binding. A cancelation period of 21 days prior to arrival applies to group bookings. Furthermore, a prepayment is required for group bookings; we will inform you of the amount and payment deadline with the booking confirmation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
