    Zentrale, ruhige Lage mit gute Ausstattung

    Zentrale, ruhige Lage, Ausstattung mit wenig Gebrauchsspuren, Wohnung machte einen guten gepflegten Eindruck. Dusche war schön groß mit Regendusche ausgestattet, jedoch ohne beweglichen Brausekopf.

    Das Geländer vom Balkon könnte Farbe (oder Renovierung) gebrauchen, passte nicht zum Zustand der Wohnung. Der Radioempfang war teilweise stark gestört. In der Wohnungsmappe sind viele Verbote aufgeführt (z.B. durfte bei der Abreise das Geschirr nicht in der Spülmaschine belassen werden), das Wohnungsmanagement scheint eher einen niedrigen Pflegeaufwand im Sinn zu haben und nicht das Wohlempfinden des Gastes. Für einen 6tägigen Aufenthalt halte ich 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person für zu gering.

    Sehr schön eingerichtete und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung.

    Der Balkon war sehr unansehnlich und ungemütlich. Passt so gar nicht zu dem Rest der Wohnung.
