Die Wohnung war super geignet für Familie mit Kindern. Ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt und meine Kinder auch. Aber mit dem Parkplatz habe ich leichtes Problem gehabt, z.b. Teuer und in der waren fasst alle überbucht. Ansonsten war das Hotel und das Personal sehr gut....
Nicht zu meckern, außer parkplatz.

Apartamento con buena ubicación.
Se entraba con código, y las llaves estaban dentro del apartamento. Muy cómodo entrar. La ubicación era muy buena.
Al entrar al edificio habían cucarachas. Algunas puertas no tienen seguro La tina del cuarto principal tenia problema de desagüe (no se iba el agua). Además que no tiene cortina para poder evitar se moje el piso. No hay ascensor hay que subir 62 escalones para llegar. Un cuarto no tenia aire acondicionado, solamente ventilador de pedestal.

A very nice stay in Florence in mid-May 2026
Fantastic location across from Academica Museum. 3 Ensuite bedrooms were large and quiet. We were up early so the crowds lining up for the Museum didn’t bother us. Easy walking to main attractions, train station, excellent restaurants, good grocery store about 50 m away. Well appointed with everything we needed / almost everything we wanted for 3 couples. Clean, nice linens, sufficient towels and hangers. Sufficient hot water for all of us - never ran out. Staff responded quickly to questions and an issue with the digital link provided to unlock the main door to the building. Heat pumps / air conditioning in all main rooms - nice to cool down the bedrooms for sleeping. It was hot even in mid-May. As noted there is no elevator, and quite a few steps to the top floor unit. We knew this and it didn’t cause us any issues!!
Concerns / issues: the pull down window screens really need to be fixed/replaced, as we did have some mosquitoes in the unit and mosquito bites. The beds were on the hard side of being really comfortable. No toaster. We did see a few ants in the kitchen but only on one morning.
