Perfect weekend.
It’s quiet, spacious and very comfortable, the nature and fishing lake are serene
I honestly have no complaints. it exceed my expectations. I’d maybe suggest a clearer sign for the lake access, only if possible but that is a nit pick, we found it okay in the end

There is poor internet coverage in the area so it’s important to have the instructions for access to the key safe printed or otherwise accessible before arrival. Wi-Fi once inside is good.

Exceptional
Beautiful property. Lots of space and great facilities - perfect for a family birthday weekend away. There were 8 of us and we all had very comfy rooms with 3 en-suite. Lots of place to sit and relax and great cooking facilities. Lovely hot tub to relax in. A short drive to Canterbury so very accessible if you arrive by train and we had a great day exploring the beautiful city and cathedral.
