    We had a lovely stay I brought a client with disabilities for a 5 day break and the accommodation

    Parking for disabled it was not great and not much room around and about

    Good location for a stay in Dawlish Warren

    Excellent location within short walk of the station, shops, beach and other local facilities. The chalet was clean and ready when we arrived (text sent to confirm this on the day). It was good to have the lounge, dining and kitchen area - plus outdoor table. Shower was hot.

    Front door was very difficult to lock. The bathroom radiator was extremely hot and didn’t have any controls. Some beds were quite hard - although obviously this is personal preference.

    A lovely chalet with great pools, better for dining in than using the Diner on site.

    The chalet and the swimming pool also kids club.

    The Diner as food was slow, items missed and orders got lost, orders arrived wrong.
