    The property was closer to a main road than we anticipated and the road noise was quite loud and disruptive of sleep.

    The hot tub and the outside space were great

    6th bed in the 3rd bedroom is a trundle bed, and space for it is extremely limited

    Lovely place, great location

    Really lovely spot overlooking the water and bookshop, easy access to Cromford Mill, Black Rock and Matlock Bath

    The hot tub would have been nice overlooking the view but appreciate this might not have been logistically possible!
