    I like the area. Nice and quiet. Shops are close , nice winery, sunny coast hinterland and national parks not far away .

    The patio railings had bird droppings that seem to have been there for a while and spiderwebs etc. the deck floor needs some maintenance . The carport railing has a build up of dirt. Doesn’t seem to have been cleaned for quite a while and spiderwebs etc The bathroom window was icky too - when opened.
