    It sucked. Which is why for all of my subsequent trips I haven’t stayed there.

    Good breakfast, attentive staff supporting good cleanness. Excellent location.

    There was an insane amount of light that came around the door into my room, which made sleeping impossible. When I let someone know about this at the front desk, they said they would look into it and see if that was normal. No update was ever provided. Further, I was to be a repeat multiple trip over multiple weeks Client while working a job in the area. Due to an initial booking error, the staff was unwilling to give me the discount that my association afforded me.

    It was a good stay

    The breakfast food was good. The staff were very friendly. The room was okay.

    The first room that we booked the fridge was very dirty and not cleaned at all. We were upgraded to a big room and that was great. However, The only thing we did not like was there was a spider underneath one of the pillows. Other than that, it was a good stay and the staff were very friendly. Could you please make sure the room is thoroughly cleaned and checked for any spiders, especially under the pillows and around the beds. We had young toddler and were worried a spider might crawl into their ears while they are sleeping. We would really appreciate it if you could make sure the room is safe and free of spiders. Thank you.
