Closeness to events downtown. The guy at the front desk was helpful.
No hot tub. Pool was freezing cold and I had to absolutely slam my door to get the latch to catch so I could lock it.

It served the purpose of a nights rest but failed on free breakfast.
It was ok. Older building but clean.
The breakfast was a fail. Food was not very tasty. Having hot waffle iron was a plus. Not a fan of the coffee machine. Kinda like bad instant coffee. Potatoes were undercooked. Eggs seasoning not desirable.
