    Great staff.

    I have stayed here a few times & it gets better with every visit. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. The service station is really handy & a nice little bar in reception is great.

    Solo work trip

    I stayed here recently for a work trip and was really impressed. Great location with easy access to East Mids airport and motorway, good room amenities and a warm and genuine service from Kathleen who also made one of the best pizzas I have eaten outside of Italy! Would definitely stay again should the need arise

    Amazing hotel

    Lovely hotel. I have visited this hotel many times and every time I visit I see positive changes. Some only small changes but makes the world of difference. The rooms feel fresher, the welcome on reception is always top tier. (Shoutout to Denise) Lovely little bar with food offerings and free parking, can’t complain

    Could be better

    Need urgent upgrade to acoustic glazing to cut off all noise coming from busy motorway. Perhaps, patrons should not be paying for parking
