    Dirty and needs some deep cleaning/renovating.

    It was a place to rest for the night. And the managers in the morning were very friendly and tried to make it “better” and gave me a $30 discount which I appreciated their customer service.

    Pretty much everything. My room was dirty, sheets and blankets were not changed (I had to go get fresh linen and change it out myself). I had to turn the fan/light on in the bathroom all night and keep the door closed due to the overwhelming smell of mildew. My room stunk like a fresh ashtray, even though the whole building is “non smoking”. The pools heater was down so the kids swam in freezing water, good thing the hot tub was working so they would warm up for a minute. The breakfast was yuck, I bet jail serves better food to inmates. The whole entire building needs to be updated and definitely needs a deep cleaning!! I wouldn’t stay at THIS location again.

    It was totally adequate for a stopover on our trip.

    Location was good. There was always someone at the desk. The breakfast was good but when they said it was done at 9, they really meant it.

    Our first room keys didn't work, got a second batch and they hardly worked. Our TV was unplugged when we got to the room. Room air conditioners didn't work well. Bathrooms smelled funny.
