    It was sweful

    I have stayed at other Wyndam properties this one does not live up to that name. I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The first room was aweful the door did not have the regular security lock at the top it was torn off. There was a roller shade on the window there was no cord to lower it I had to jump to grab the top to lower it. When I walked in the bathroom the toilet set the right side was not attached. I went back to check in asked for another room which I was given in the next room the lock was the same no security lock there was a constant buzz the seal around the ac unit had this film around the top. The tub had no stop in the drain. It was almost midnight by that time so I stayed. The next day I turn in both keys and stayed with a friend for the duration of my time in Jackson.

    The lack of communication and yall charge me for 2 days and bi stayed 8 hours. The worse experience and the guest services was rude. No I will never come back nor will I recommend anyone staying there.
