    The staff was super helpful and patient with our lack of language. The only bummer is the pool is closed.

    Extremely helpful staff, they organised a packed breakfast & taxi as I had a 5.30am departure, & the room was huge and very comfortable BUT it seems to be near a lorry park or 24 hour building site as I was kept awake for most of the night by loud engine noise & clattering from the street - so ask for a room on a high floor.

    Great!

    The room is perfect, breakfast is great and the staff is very nice. The location is awesome in Palermo, and you can find nice restaurants, mini-markets and drugstores nearby.
