    Elhelyezkedés szenpontjából teljesen jó volt. A konyha felszerelt volt. A szobák tágasak.

    Nem volt hajszárító. Szállásadónak jeleztem azt a választ kaptam, hogy akkor valószínű ellopták elnézést kért emiatt, de nem kaptam másikat hogy hajat tudjak mosni. Nem volt fűtes, nekem már nem volt komfortos a hőmérséklet. A lépcsőház folyósói világítás beszűrődött a hálószobába.

    der lt. Ausstattung vorhandene Föhn war nicht vorhanden, Sitzmöbel sehen aus wie vom Sperrmüll

    Man hat immer die Straßenbahn gehört in der Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Ein Balkon wäre ideal wenn man ein Raucher ist. Die Matratzen mußten mal Erneuert werden. So wahren wir sehr zufrieden mit der F-Wohnung . Wenn ich noch mal nach Dresden komme werde wir mit Balkon nehmen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Herr Dettmer Jens und ein Danke schön.

    I was absolutely satisfied.

    Excellent. For it's price, this is an absolutely good apartment option. A spacious bedroom with a large bed and a spacious living room - I actually didn't expect so much space :) Nice location - a bit far from a noisy touristic center, but close to tram stops, so you can get to the center very quickly. The apartment's owner, Mike, was very friendly and always available for any questions.

    Schöne Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage

    Die Wohnung war schön groß und sauber. Zum Kochen gibt es nicht viele Utensilien, aber das hatten wir bei unserem Wochenendaufenthalt auch nicht vor. Die Lage war für uns super, schön ruhig in einem sehr schön Teil von Dresden. Straßenbahn fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, zu Fuß geht man schon gute 50 Minuten ins Zentrum. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

    Zu wenig Handtücher. Aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen war uns das aber bekannt, so dass wir eigene Handtücher mitgenommen haben.
