Fantastic location, exceptional hospitality and a memorable surprise!
The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of Hoi An's Ancient Town and its main attractions. Exactly what we were hoping for. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel. Despite being relatively small, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and having a pool where our son could enjoy a swim was another great addition. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive and always willing to help, from recommending local shops for leather goods to offering advice on exploring the area. A particularly memorable gesture was when they arranged a birthday cake for me, completely unexpectedly! It was such a thoughtful surprise and genuinely made my birthday special. The location met our expectations, but the hospitality certainly exceeded them. A wonderful place to stay in Hoi An!
Nothing negative to report. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One small suggestion would be to provide guests with a curated local food guide, particularly highlighting nearby restaurants and authentic Vietnamese food spots. Recommendations on where to find a great bánh mì, a good bowl of phở, or other local specialities would be a lovely addition. This is certainly not a complaint, just an opportunity to make an already excellent guest experience even better.

A PRECIOUS GEM
A precious GEM right in the centre of this magical town. This HOTEL is perfection. Stylish and comfortable room, great staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended

The breakfast was cooked to order and a choice of both Western and Vietnamese foods- great omelettes. The location is excellent -just a short walk into the old town but away from the noise. Only one street back from the river. The hotel provides free pushbikes if you need them. There only 7 rooms in the hotel so its quiet and the wiindows have great soundproofing. The rooms are big and have lots of light and have excellent air con and a ceiling fan. The staff could not have been more helpful . I have been coming to Hoi An for over 20 years and this is my favourite hotel so far and an excellent price for what you get.

Lovely stay in a beautiful, old hotel 5 minute walk to old town.
Beautiful old building, short walk from the centre of old town. The rooms a spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean bathrooms and a good shower. Nice plunge pool to cool off in!
Squeaky room doors - they need some oil!
