Not good
Pool was cleaned and kitchen looks OK. Good to have coffee shop in hotel.
The facilities were low and bad maintained, Roof was broken without fixing. The pool , shade next too is broken, dirty, Outdoor chairs were broken and not clean. no parking and environment around looks poor. The photos were made too good compared with what we saw. Disappointing!

Very quiet. Greeted by night man who carried bags upstairs. Good fridge and aircon. Big enough room. Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent. 250m to 711 and a 10 minute walk to Sunee markets, but was raining so didn't go. Was comfortable. Very rustic Mediterranean style.
If quite in need of some maintenance, pool especially. Just painting and a tidy up here and there. Bed was a typical hard Thai bed. Curtains need replacing so that they block out the sun.

The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! Great job by all!
Might want to actually stock the bar. The greeting drink was a nice surprise, however when tried to order anything else from the menu... basically nothing stocked other than some cheap tequila. No vodka, no whiskey, no nothing. Also, might want to fix the roof leak above the dining table in front of the morning coffee/juice station. Drips in the middle of the table.

Die Lage ist gut und eigentlich okay .
Es ist sehr vieles kapput , voralem im aussenbereich . Auch die Pflege im Aussenbereich ist sehr schlecht ! Im Zimmer viele Haare von anderen Gäste . Und wes defekt ist wird als defekt angeschrieben aber nicht repariert....das Frühstück ist extrem bescheiden , nicht ausreichend !
