  Conclusione: servizio scadente; non all'altezza del costo del soggiorno.

  Posizione ottima. Ingresso poco sicuro.

  *Avrei dovuto ricevere il codice di accesso prima dell'arrivo, così come la password del Wi-Fi./ Come il Wi-Fi non era connesso, impossibile comunicarci. *Spugna da cucina logora; un strofinaccio da cucina che non può essere usato per il pavimento *Il bollitore elettrico c/ danneggio interior *Macchina da caffè senza capsule: quale tipo utilizza??? *Con la doccia, l'acqua finisce sul pavimento e attraverso le piastrelle butta fuori l'acqua e bagna tutto. Niente straccio per pavimenti; nemmeno carta assorbente *Nessun prodotto di cortesia per la prima notte *Un singolo rotolo di carta igienica parzialmente usato *Non c'era sapone nella doccia; ho dovuto usare quello del lavandino. *Soltanto un set di asciugamani da bagno *Nessuna coperta da letto per le notti fredde. *Nessuna istruzione per portare fuori la spazzatura *kit di pronto soccorso... non ce n'era uno *Bisognerebbe installare una serratura di sicurezza sulla porta bianca; molto semplice da forzare.

  Great location - spacious apartment

  The location can’t be beat - short walk to the Duomo and Conad City grocery, restaurants etc close by. The spacious apt is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and 2 secure doors. There’s a closet between the vestibule with the 2 doors where you’ll find the clothes drying rack, broom and dustpan etc. The kitchen is clean and compact. When we arrived there was no electric kettle or towel for drying dishes but a quick response from the host and these things were delivered and very much appreciated! Good lighting in the bathroom. The host was able to check us in a bit early which was also appreciated.

  The mattress seemed a bit worn but was comfortable enough. The kitchen and bathroom floor could be cleaned better.

  The location was very central and a large space

  While the flat appeared clean it had bed bugs. The owners weren’t very responsive when I called to let them know I had been badly bitten by them

  Verblijf verder uitstekend omdat alles op loop afstand is.

  De locatie in het centrum van Florence.

  Voor 6 dagen had ik graag een dubbel stel handdoeken gehad. Had deze kunnen krijgen als ik het had gevraagd werd me achteraf verteld. Eigenlijk vind ik dat het er moet zijn en dat je daar niet om zou hoeven te vragen.
