    Would not recommend it. Terrible value and terrible service.

    Nothing. Ran out of breakfast food by 9:00 am and breakfast was until 10:00

    The lady at the reception was terribly unfriendly. Air conditioner did not work and took 45 minutes to get it fixed. We sat around waiting to determine if we had to change rooms. Almost missed our tour.

    Ottimo soggiorno

    Struttura molto bella situata in un palazzo storico. Comodissima la possibilità di usufruire (dietro pagamento di un costo che ci è sembrato molto conveniente) del posteggio pubblico a pochissimi minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Camera molto grande e pulita (un po’ piccolo il bagno). Abbiamo usato anche la SPA dell’hotel ed è davvero bella. Poca ricca la colazione, ma nel complesso va bene

    Very happy with our stay overall. Great place, great staff and great location.

    Matteo and the staff were wonderful! The building is beautiful and it's in a great place to explore Ragusa and the surrounds. The breakfast was especially nice.
