  We all felt like a home, immediately we entered we all saw a lounge, dinner, two bathing rooms, watching machine, oh my God, it was fun staying in this apartment and everything we wanted our the apartment were near by. Ciao

  Not as it seems! Beware

  The rental company was easy to communicate. They were very nice and did agree to give me back my city tax refund.

  This apartment is NOTHING like the pictures. We checked in and stayed for 30 minutes and had to leave. When you walk into the lobby of the building there's a strong odor of cigarette smoke and it is very dark. There's a motion light that comes on when you walk to the back of the entryway. They do advertise a lift (elevator) but it was super small and very old. It did not seem reliable. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There was also a large puddle of water on the floor of the entryway. Once you enter the apartment you can't use the electricity without one of the key's plugged into the wall. This means if one person wants to leave and another wants to stay, they cannot bring the keys with them. The apartment is smaller than appears and dated. The bathrooms are very small & the flushing mechanism is up high & was leaking so if you had to use the toilet it would leak water on your head. The beds were very hard and the most disappointing was the view. It was not at all like the photos. I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and my daughter on a wonderful trip and this was the only disappointing part. It was so bad we left after 30 minutes. Beware: They manage so many properties my first text before check in told me I had to pay a cleaning fee AND the city tax. Luckily I knew this was paid and corrected them. It is also a bit of a walk to the city centers. At least 20 minutes. The staff was nice through email & text and even the person who helped us check in but this is a management company with over 100 plus rentals. I gave them a chance to place us in another location but they said they did not have any. I also did communicate about the lift and the view just after booking because I had these concerns and was assured everything was perfect. Not at all. There is no view of the sea, or the mountains or anything but other peoples laundry hanging from the terraces. I hope they see this and do better.

  Good

  Frescesco was very nice guy and he showed us how to park and open heat and doors. The apartment is big enough for 4 of us. Very convenient to walk to the central.

  When we arrived the apartment, there is no heat and we are freezing and need to turn on the heat to 30 degrees Celsius for few hours to let the room warm. And when you need to go out, all the heat will turn off and need to turn on the heat again when you back to the place. Also the hot water is not enough for 4 ppl to use. You have to wait the water temperature goes up to 80 degrees Celsius every time to have a hot shower.
