    I spent alot of the time writing to them but nothing was fixed.

    They let us come in before the 3:00 PM check in A man with the key arrived about 5 minutes after us All was good

    1. There was no hot water. 2. The sheets on the pull out couch had red stains on it. 3. They brought new sheets and made the bed, they took the sofa seat and we only got it back on our last day - couldn't sit on the couch once it was made. 4. More than a 10 minute walk to downtown. 5. We were four people with luggage. The taxi vans do not come up this street as it is too narrow. You have to walk down with your luggage to get a taxi 6. Once our laundry was in the laundry machine, we couldn't open the door. They sent someone but the person colsed the door again and left the clothes in the water. We couldn't drain it so we left with very wet clothes!

    Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. Beds very comfortable. Shower excellent.

    Location was really nice a short walk to downtown Sorrento less than a 1/2 mile. The property management was very helpful and attentive. The owner has an elite restaurant in town which we received a discount at and treated like royalty.

    Takes three keys to get into apartment. Elevators are small, but these is a southern European phenomena. Balconies small crowded without much of a view. No dish towels to wash and dry dishes. Washing machine was malfunbtioning but they were attentive to getting it fixed.
