    Not a great experience.

Vania an excellent hostess, attentive and helpful. Nice view, sea in the distance.

Location poor. Shops and restaurants a drive away. No drop-off area outside - you'll need to haul your cases from the end of the street. Parking available for a hefty extra charge, but it's a 5-minute walk away. We had a bad experience with a rickety shower door that - with normal use - fell off its rail and shattered. I'm guessing Ikea (to judge from rest of the furniture and fittings) ie, not of contract quality. Management's response was upsetting: no apology, and they didn't even ask what happened. They simply presumed it was our fault (not sure how), and demanded hundreds of euros from us to pay for a new door.

    Exceptional

Great views, cosy and comfortable. Everything was clean and kitchen had all you need. Staff were very helpful with directions and information. I would come back again.

No parking available for free, but you could pay €25 per day. I left my car in Pompeii and caught the train.

    Superb

The interior was very new and clean, beautiful property!

The location is far from the main parts of sorrento, not ideal for tourists.
