    The villa was very nice to stay in - good aircon, water facility, shower and we loved the pool.

    The checking in process was very poor as we weren’t sent any information to get into our villa and we got there late at night so were waiting around in the dark for ages not knowing what to do. Once we got in contact with a staff member it seemed they didn’t know we had booked. However, when it’s time to check out the cleaners are ready outside your room 30mins before check out time. The surrounding area is quite loud late at night with local neighbours and their animals. I understand that can’t be helped but the Cockrells go on all night. Lastly, the bedding was a bit stained.

    Uncomfortable Stay With Many Issues

    3 separate units, all their own building / no shared walls. There's a small pool. Decent AC upstairs.

    Had to request a lot right as we walked in: Wifi Password, Pool Towels, Where the TV Remote was, Code to open the safe. Host provided wifi password shortly (though should have been in the welcome message/readily available on arrival), pool towels dropped off the next day. Despite multiple requests safe was never opened. TV Remote had fell and been wedged between the bed and wall. Not much consideration for making our stay comfortable. Felt cramped and uncomfortable in our unit. Immediately considered leaving to find somewhere else but ended up staying. Worst part was an extremely foul smell in the bathroom anytime we used the water - shower or sink. Nasty and the place is so small it easily filled the room. There was also extremely an loud shrieking sound from the tap. When you turn it off it intermittently sounds like it's squealing - literally would go on for minutes. Loud, disturbing, squealing. Would wake us up upstairs. AC is also only upstairs - downstairs only has a fan to cool down.

    Jätte fräscht och billigt för vad man får. Härligt med pool och skönt med kök

    Ligger lite utanför på trånga gator och personalen slutade svara i appen och på WhatsApp
