    Bon hôtel mais évitez les chambres côté rue !

    L'hotel est très bien placé, il y a plein d'excellents restaurants tout proche, La chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables, la salle de douche très propre. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et varié (change légèrement tous les jours). Il y a également un arrêt de tram juste à côté ce qui est pratique. L'équipe aussi est très sympathique.

    Le bruit ! Notre chambre était coté rue, au 1er étage. L'insonorisation est quasi inexistante, dès qu'un tram passe (à partir de 4h du matin, jusqu'à minuit), on a littéralement l'impression qu'il passe entre les 2 lits. Il y a également de fortes vibrations à son passage mais c'est moins gênant. Toujours est il qu'à 250€ la nuit, la moindre des choses à laquelle nous nous serions attendus est une bonne insonorisation de la chambre, c'est juste abusé de faire payer ce prix là pour ces prestations. Nous avons faits beaucoup d'hotêls à 200€ et + / nuit, et jamais nous n'avons vu ca. Comprenez moi bien, c'est vraiment le rapport qualité / prix que le critique, tout le reste était très bien, mais avec ce problème la chambre n'aurait pas dû être à plus de 100€ / nuit. Nous avons passés 4 mauvaises nuits. Quand nous l'avons évoqué à une des personnes de l'hotel, elle nous a répondu de demander une chambre côté cour la prochaine fois, mais ca ne change absolument rien au problème actuel !
