Very nice online staff and great location!
The staff was really helpful, very responsive and we communicated via the booking platform, they let me know if it was possible to drop my luggage in the room before the check-in time and were really sweet in trying to help as much as possible. The location of the property was ideal, nearby the Bolhão metro and the door + keys location were easy to find according to the guidance of the staff.
The room had only one power socket so it was difficult to charge multiple devices (I managed to do it step wise), so this could be improved.

Good location, near metro and walking distance to many sightseeing. Calm place to stay, no safety concerns.
No lift, so with language was difficult to reach the third floor.
