    Loved the property and would give it a 10/10 for everything if the two above issues were resolved

    Clean, great size and the location was excellent

    Few plumbing issues. 2 toilets were leaking and shower not draining fast enough Check in system with app for keys access was difficult

    Great location and clean apartment

    Location is very convenient and it was fun to walk around the market downstairs. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are three bathrooms that make our group of 7 very comfortable. Deb was communicative and sent us a new kettle to replace a broken one. We came off a cruise and arrived in Rome around 10:30am. She let us check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. We stored our luggage at a restaurant downstairs and enjoyed our lunch over there before checking in.

    The apartment had limited amenities, e.g. a very small pack of shampoo, two garbage bags (one for recyclable and one for non recyclable), and no basic cooking stuff like oil and salt. There is no elevator and the stairway to climb up is narrow.
