Η τοποθεσία είναι δίπλα στο σταθμό μετρό (Δημοκρατίας) και στάση αστικού, οπότε υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Δίπλα σε καταστήματα για καφέ, φαγητό και μάρκετ. Επί της οδού Μοναστηρίου είναι σύνηθες να βλέπεις άστεγους, πακιστανούς κλπ, ωστόσο στην πολυκατοικία τηρούνται μέτρα ασφάλειας. Γενναιόδωρες οι παροχές και το καλωσόρισμα (με νερά και soft drink). Πρόταση: εμπλουτισμός με στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών (σεσουάρ).
Το στυλ της διαμονής σε πολυκατοικία χωρίς μπαλκόνια, το οποίο υπάρχει στο εξωτερικό σε χώρες των Βαλκανίων. Ωστόσο η τιμή και η τοποθεσία αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα.

An honest review as a tourist from England.
I liked the value for money the location brings, its honestly near everything you can possibly need. You get a supermarket, clothing stores, metro station, restaurant, fast food, tech store all within a 2 minute walk. The bed is comfortable, room has a smart TV, mini fridge and an AC. Overall, honestly speaking you can't go wrong with it. I've had a great time using these rooms and the services close by to the building so its something I will re visit in the future for sure.
The elevators got stuck twice mainly the left one, the stove was alright other than that no complaints

The hosts were really nice and welcoming. The Bus stop is 2 minutes away, and everything is easy to reach. I would only recommend not forgetting a hair dryer; other than that, everything was amazing.
