    Fuimos con muchas expectativas y nos fuimos sin poder hospedarnos

    Lamentablemente, no podemos destacar ningún aspecto positivo, ya que no tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de las instalaciones ni de los servicios del hotel debido a los inconvenientes presentados durante el check-in.

    De tantas opciones en la ciudad escogimos este hotel con mucha antelación, teníamos demasiadas expectativas porque íbamos a celebrar una fecha muy especial para nuestra bebé y nos desilusionamos totalmente con el recibimiento. Para resumir, no nos pudimos hospedar, por la falta de profesionalismo del recepcionista.

    DESASTROSO

    La atencion del supervisor muy amable y se preocupo mucho por todo lo malo que hicieron con mi stadia me cambiaron mis appellate hice la reservacion de Texas EEUU Aura Ramirez di mi pasaporte Americano y me exigieron cedula me registraron con mi apellido de soltera y el banco me bloqueo mi tarjeta de Crédito y no q me quisieron cambiar los dólares pork no estaba registrars con mi pasaporte Americano por la insects Que me cambio mi apellido tuve Que pedir dinero prestadopara pagar el taxi y los pasajes para valledupar y no me quisieron scepter en ningun restaurantse para la cena y esta de testigo el supervisor como se vurlaron de mi y mis hermanas una de Ella’s Que vino de chile se fue muy disgusted por la mala atencion de nuestra parte no regresaremos a ese Hotel Decameron el de Cartagena es maravilloso el de San Sndres islan y el isla Baru espectacular tenía familia para recommendable pero les dije Que fueran al de Cartagena me ciento Estafada con con esa mala atencion Que Verguenza por Dios.

    La pesima Atencion nos hicieron Bulim de burlaron en nuestras Cara’s. Que OSO pase con mis Hermanas Hera una invitation de mi parte para Reunirnos la 4 Hermanas Que pena pase enfeeble de mis Hermanas horrible
