Friendly, comfy, charming, squirreled away
Convenient, near to all the key spots without being buried in amongst noise/chaos, clean, comfortable, quiet (in the main), good host.
Not a dislike per se but there were short periods (20 mins) of construction noise (offloading building materials) at around 5am some nights. This is pretty common in Hanoi and the host kindly provided earplugs for this occurrence anyway. No big deal overall. Guy doing a terrible job of shagging upstairs was a momentary inconvenience one could expect anywhere without heavily soundproofed rooms.

La struttura era pulita.
Il fatto che ci siano stati lavori fino a mezzanotte, con rumori atroci proprio sotto l’alloggio. Ogni rumore esterno si sente come se le finestre non esistessero.

Great stay
Easy check-in process. Only thing that the stairs are small, and no elevator. But it's a lovely place to stay
