    Will cancel with no notice!

    Wouldn’t know!

    We drove 3.5 hours down from Scotland on Friday morning with our child. We parked the car at the property and took the tram to the pleasure beach. While on the tram we got a call saying the property wouldn’t be able to accommodate us as the guests from the previous night had wrecked the place. We were also told refund would take 7 days! So there we were a whole family with nowhere to stay for the weekend! Due to check in at 4pm and got the call at 1pm, shocking!

    The property was clean and spacious, had good facilities and was a short walk from the main strip

    Overall, wouldn’t recommend. It’s just a pity because the apartment is spacious and good location , if the host could fi

    The only good thing about this property is the location. It’s located right in the centre close to all attractions and has good access to transport.

    First of all our sheets were dirty, there was yellow stains on the sheets when we got there. The house in general could have been cleaner. Secondly the heating wasn’t working and it was freezing cold. To top it all off we kindly contacted the host about this straight away and he ignored our message (bear in mind he had fast replies before this) and he never contacted us again until it was time to check out and he didn’t even address our issues leaving us upset. Another thing is that it’s very noisy as there is a pub right across the apartment so if you are a light sleeper or find it hard to sleep with loud noise and music, wouldn’t recommend. There is also barely anything there aswell, no salt or even pepper, no tissues, no extra bin bags etc, leaving us to purchase everything for ourselves. We understand that the house may not have everything we need but it could definitely be more equipped as stated in the description of the cooking and cleaner pots and pans would be nice as they were filthy, as well as the oven.
