Not value for money.
Location and property itself was nice.
For the price we paid for a two-night stay, I was disappointed with the overall value for money. There was no real welcome pack or basic provisions such as coffee, kitchen roll or even a dish cloth, with only a couple of very small chocolates left on each bed. These may seem like small things, but at this price point I would expect much more attention to detail and a warmer welcome. I have stayed in significantly cheaper accommodation where far more was provided, so unfortunately the stay did not feel worth the price paid.

great property would recommend with minor tweaks
great location and lovely setting by manor house and gardens. lovely outdoor seating area and nice hot tub. lovely 5 minute country walk to a pub nearby. very safe to do in the dark too.
outdoor seat covers need replacing. no coffee facilities which you’d expect nowadays when comparing it to others of similar standard/price point (kettle and coffee bags is a first). the double bed mattress probably needs replacing too.
