Guests traveling by car should take the exit Deidesheim on the A65 and should approach the hotel via Bahnhofstrasse. Cars may be parked at the hotel entrance, staff will then park them in the property's car park. four-legged friends are very welcome in our regional restaurant "Sankt Urban" and in some of our rooms, pets are not permitted in our gourmet restaurant "Schwarzer Hahn" or in our breakfast venue. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Centraal gelegen

    De maaltijden zijn te hoog geprijsd en te weinig op het bord. De bedden waren behoorlijk ‘doorgezakt’. Te weinig personeel in het restaurant en daardoor een stressmatig onvriendelijk optreden.

    Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.

    Es war ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer in jeder Hinsicht -- geschmackvoll, hell, keine Gebrauchsspuren, absolut sauber, schöner Ausblick! Die Kommunikation vorab war ausgezeichnet, wir haben den Vorschlag zur Tischreservierung im Restaurant gerne angenommen und hatten ein wunderbares Abendessen, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war ein liebenswertes Pfàlzer Original. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Erlebnis.

    Beim Check-out hätten wir beinahe doppelt bezahlt, weil die Rezeptionistin nicht geprüft hatte, daß wir bereits via booking bezahlt hatten. Dies hätte zu einigen Unannehmlichkeiten führen können.
