Overall it’s basic stay
- View is amazing from family room - Very close to restaurant and shops
- Breakfast is very basic but it’s 4* star hotel so I wouldn’t expect more than that. - People in sapa are not friendly

Helpful and kind staff, clean room, great view, great buffet breakfast.
No screen on shower/bath so the toilet and floor got wet. Not a big deal because the material of the floor tiles dried quite easily.
