    Excelente servicio! Gracias Mario, Aby, Juan, Ruben, Sofi por hacernos sentir en casa y su excelente atención. Excelentes habitacion, colchón, ropa de cama, toallas, limpieza impecable. Excelente desayuno! Sin duda vomveremos a casa Delfina en nuestra próxima estancia en Mérida.

    We have stayed in many hotels in Merida over the years and this very well might be number one. The room was fantastic and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Great food in the restaurant as well. Highly recommended.

    My only problem was I had given credit card info to make the reserve. They did not honor the rate so I had to return to the booking over the internet. It was offered at the lower rate yet the management would not give me that low rate. I did book for 800 pesos less. A real hassel. But it a beautiful place and nice toom. Netflix was slow.
