    Property was clean, and compact. Very central location in the heart of Rhayder.

    Location was ideal for a trips into the Elan Valley Enclosed garden ideal for letting the dogs out.

    Stairs, was not prepared for the steepness. Booking.com advertised the property with 3 bathrooms, but there was only 2 which were both up flights of stairs. Both aspects, not ideal for elderly parent. Lack of cooking trays, Pyrex dish for microwave

    Thank you, Paul, for a great few days in the cottage which was perfect for the time we had to get away. We will return!

    The location was perfect for our needs. The property was cosy, comfortable and offered all we needed, particularly as we had our old dog to consider. The owner was on hand and very obliging.

    The property description makes it very clear about the facilities available. Parking could be an issue for some, but we were aware of that before arrival. We are very vigilant about clearing up dog mess in the garden, but there was old stuff around that we sorted.
