    Good value, spacious and well equipped accommodation

    We liked the location of the property as it is located between a number of neighbourhood centres which offered local shops and convenient food take away options. The off road parking in front of the property is a real bonus as was the conservatory with its comfortable furniture and the additional outside toilet was a real bonus as it left the bathroom in the house accessible for more of the time. The kitchen is well equipped albeit with mis matched draw fronts but was more than adequate for our party’s needs. The caretaker went above and beyond, when we locked ourselves out of the property by mistake he attended in leas than twenty minutes to let us in.

    Not much, it was at the lower end of the cost scale so our expectations weren’t that high to begin with. There was the odd area that could be improved with some redecoration but for four guys who were working locally for a week it was almost perfect.
