Good
Great location. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable. Some train noise as expected but it really was not an issue for us.
Owners were difficult to reach when we couldn’t find bedding for the pullout. Under the couch had not been cleaned which was evident when we prepared to use the pullout. Had to look for the modem - better instructions or labels on-site could perhaps have detailed exactly where modem is and where spare bedding is.

Great location, exceptionally clean, efficiently communication, clear instructions
Poorly kitted out in kitchen. Only 2 wine glasses when we were 3, only 3 mugs so couldn’t use dishwasher, bin was broken and bin bag didn’t fit bin so it fell through and we had to scrabble around the bottom of the bin pulling fallen items out.

Okay overall, but definitely not for 4 people, check your needs.
the rooms were well cleaned and looking good. the many messages from the owner were useful and clear, although they felt a little much. the kitchen was organised with supplies to have a small meal. no coffee machine though.
the property is not really suitable for 4 adults. There are no doors so no one has privacy. there is only one bathroom and toilet, and it's ensuite, so the second couple would have to go through the bedroom at anytime, day and night. the only toilet is also upstairs making it not convenient to anyone with less ability to do stairs. we had to make the sofa bed ourselves, under the sofa there is all sort of dust and fallen items. there is "a table to dine, but it's not really usable if you are 4 people and using the sofa bed to sleep, you'll have to hope it's not wet outside and eat outside. Looking back, perhaps a modest hotel would have been cheaper and more comfortable. There are foul smells coming from the back garden.
