The restaurant servers are great. The hotel side needs improvement in cleanliness

Victoria our server today and our bartender server yesterday were excellent

When I arrived our room that we changed on July didn’t show up . We were given 334. The toilet smelt, took several times to flush. Was freezing when we first arrived. Had to call front desk to ask them to come and bring linen for the pull out couch at 3 in the morning when we were going to bed that we had to make! This should have been done and ready

Very well organized and cleaned with friendly, helpful staff.

Clean and located centrally close to the university and shopping areas.

They were undergoing renovation so the gym was closed. There were signs indicating same.
