    It was a good hotel ,clean and comfortable

    Located in clean and modern area 3 malls nearby and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within a walking distance

    They gave us a small room although we booked a superior room it looks like a basic room and they didn’t change it they asked us to pay more to upgrade it the staff was not friendly and we were upset with his attitude otherwise the rest staff where friendly and respectful

    Very helpful staff!

    The staff go over and beyond to help. We had checked out and got soaked from a rainstorm, they offered us to use the changing rooms in the spa area, we dried up and changed our clothes. The staff is also very supportive with useful advice, I wanted to leave to the airport at a certain time, luckily I listened to the VERY valuable advice from the young man (the concierge) who advised I should account for at least 2.5 hours due to the rain storm. I just made it on time for check in thanks to him.
