Disappointing and overpriced

Restaurant service is a disgrace. Appallingly slow. Breakfast we were placed at one end table and forgotten about. No salt/pepper on the tables, did not return to take our orders so we got the Buffett, didn’t bother to ask us for tea, and by the time they finally delivered it, we had to leave for our tour. Second morning again very slow service. Lots of very young waitresses with no obvious supervision or coordination. The lady on the table next to us was so incensed at the delay in getting her breakfast, she demanded a refund. The bathroom has no ventilation so smells lingered. The taxi ordered through the hotel to take us to the airport turned up 10 minutes late - no apologies; perhaps not the hotels fault but it didn’t help. Grossly overpriced for the facilities and service.

Location location location. Fitness centre was nice and well equipped. Sauna was great. Pool was good too. Water machine was available in the fitness center so we could fill our water bottles. They serviced the rooms and refilled water and coffe, which was nice. Underground parking on hotel property. Rooms were big, view was nice, big closet. Staff was very friendly, both reception and service.
We had booked for 4 people, and were surprised to only find 3 sets of towels in the room. Obviously we raised it with the hotel and they fixed shortly, but why so careless though?! The headboards on the beds were dusty.
